SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in hospitality and F&B design to join our collaborative team. This role blends design creativity with technical expertise and offers the opportunity to lead projects from concept through completion. You’ll partner closely with clients, consultants, and our Design Directors, while mentoring junior designers and ensuring projects are delivered with both vision and precision.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design and execution of hospitality and F&B projects from concept to completion

  • Create compelling design presentations, drawings, and specifications

  • Source and document FF&E, finishes, and custom furniture

  • Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure design integrity through construction

  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative studio culture

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–10 years of professional experience, with a focus on hospitality (hotels and restaurants preferred)

  • Strong conceptual, graphic, and client presentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and foster strong client relationships

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and specification software (Revit a plus)

  • Based in the Tri-State area and eligible to work in the U.S.
