SENIOR INTERIOR ARCHITECT

We are seeking a Senior Interior Architect to lead the technical and design development of our hospitality, F&B, retail, and senior living projects. This role blends creative design leadership with technical expertise, ensuring excellence from concept through construction. Working closely with our Design Directors and Senior Interior Designers, you’ll also mentor junior architectural staff and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver innovative, high-quality spaces.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, solution-driven architect who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced studio environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead design and technical development of hospitality, F&B, and senior living projects

  • Translate concepts into cohesive architectural solutions and detailed documentation

  • Create construction drawings, millwork details, and design presentations

  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure design integrity

  • Oversee and mentor junior designers and architectural staff

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in architecture or interior architecture, with a focus on hospitality, F&B, or retail

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture

  • Strong knowledge of building codes, universal access guidelines, and building systems

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and 3D modeling/rendering software (SketchUp, Rhino, V-Ray, etc.); Revit a plus

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client/consultant relationships

  • Based in the Tri-State area; U.S. work eligibility required
