Islamorada, Florida, USA
Greetings from Islamorada….
Saguez & Dash was invited to lead the concept and interior design for the five signature dining venues at the newly reimagined Three Waters Resort in Islamorada, Florida. Working in close collaboration with the ownership and operations teams, we developed a layered hospitality experience where each restaurant offers its own personality — while remaining deeply rooted in the natural textures, rhythms, and local identity of the Florida Keys.
Mercado Morada
At the heart of the resort, Mercado Morada brings the flavors of Central America to life in a dynamic outdoor street market. As guests wanter through the resort and marina, they'll stumble upon a lively caravan of food trailers that feel right at home in Islamorada.
This vibrant, open-air gathering spot offers a casual yet inmersive culinary experience-where bold flavors, great music, and Latin-inspired cocktails set the scene.
With ocean views and an easygoing atmosphere, Mercado Morada is all about savoring the moment.
Kindler Restaurant
Centered around live-fire cooking on an open hearth, Kindler offers a captivating sensory experience. A glowing wood-fired anchors the space, with an open kitchen at its heart. Warm, naturaltones and organic textures seamlessly blend the indoors with the outdoors, setting the stage for a culinary journey that highlights the finest land and sea offerings-grilled, seared, and wood-roasted to perfection.
Tiki Bar
A fresh chapter begins for this Florida Keys classic. Since 1969, the Tiki Bar has been an island staple, famously home to the original Rum Runner. While the iconic tropical drinks remain, the menu now features elevated takes on classical cocktails. Savor vibrant, Keys-inspired cuisine, soak in live music drifting over the water, dance the night away, and connect with friends-both familiar and new- in this legendary oceanfront setting.
Little Limón
Perched above the shoreline with sweeping 270° views of the sea, Little Limón is an intimate cocktail and raw bar designed to slow things down. The space draws inspiration from Latin coastal rhythm and Key-style ease — pairing hand-shucked oysters, ceviches, and crudos with a curated list of mezcal, tequila, and citrus-forward cocktails. Warm wood tones, soft lighting, and an elevated open-air setting create a refined yet unpretentious atmosphere — a place to sip, savor, and let the tides set the pace.
Islamorada Pizza Co.
Set beneath the shade of a grand banyan tree, Islamorada Pizza Co. offers a playful take on the classic pizzeria — reimagined through a retro-tropical lens. The space was designed as a lively indoor-outdoor hangout, where bold geometry, sun-washed colors, and nostalgic details come together to create a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. Its mix of booths, garden tables, and open counter seating invites guests to linger, share, and enjoy a slice of the Keys at their own pace.
