A sensory journey

L’Espadon is more than a restaurant—it's a culinary masterpiece designed to captivate the senses at every turn. Paying tribute to legendary chef Auguste Escoffier and the theatrical artistry of French gastronomy, the experience unfolds like a three-act play.

Guests are welcomed through a dramatic six-meter corridor, a visual homage to Escoffier’s love for wax flowers, setting the tone for an immersive and elegant dining experience. At the heart of the space, the Espadon Lounge serves as a stage, offering stunning views of both the open kitchen and the iconic Ritz garden.

The grand finale? A spectacular Bohemian crystal chandelier that crowns the room—an unforgettable highlight of this sensory journey.
