At One11 Hotel, every design decision pays homage to the industrial heritage of the historic building, offering guests a perspective on New Orleans that extends well beyond the familiar rhythm of Bourbon Street. Conceived as a welcoming, intimate oasis, the hotel balances the refined polish of today with the rich, layered past of the city it calls home.

The building’s 19th-century architecture remains at the heart of the experience. Preserving original structural elements was essential—not just for authenticity, but as a source of inspiration. Around these inherited bones, the design introduces purposefully modern, minimalist interventions that feel both fresh and timeless. The result is a place where history and hospitality converge, offering travelers a new take on New Orleans—rooted in legacy, but decidedly of the moment.
