A vibrant dining experience inspired by the Ecuadorian coast
Stirred by the freshness of the Pacific Ocean and infused with the rhythmic soul of Latin culture, this new dining concept evokes the character, color, and warmth of Ecuador’s coastal landscape.
The interiors are defined by a muted, natural palette of cream and ocean blues, washed woods, and handcrafted macramé, creating a light, breezy atmosphere that feels both grounded and elevated. At the bar, sun-bleached walls and oversized bongos add a touch of playful nostalgia—transporting guests to another time and place, where every detail tells a story of culture, craft, and coastal beauty.
