A walk in the Quartier Latin

Situated in the heart of the Latin Quarter, the next generation of Canopy by Hilton Hotel blends history with modern elegance. Housed in a renovated historic mansion, the hotel features an Eiffel-style industrial roof and a newly added 150 guest rooms. Its interior design is inspired by nature and curiosity cabinets, drawing influence from the nearby Jardin des Plantes and the Natural History Museum. Designed as a tranquil retreat, the hotel pays homage to naturalists, botanists, and explorers. Guests can enjoy a range of amenities, including a restaurant, bar, tea room, and fitness center.

A cabinet filled with various objects including an skull, old paintings, lamps, a letter, and decorative items. There are also some feathers and a red ribbon on the bottom of the cabinet.

Envisioned as an ambitious new bench-mark, the design featured an inviting facade, a captivating L’échoppe boutique narrating the history of the building & district, and an expansive Collector’s Library displaying fanciful treasures from the four corners of the world. Though the Canopy Paris Quartier Latin wasn’t built, the concept garnered acclaim from the Hilton design team & Hilton’s CEO Chris Nassetta.
