At the heart of Paris La Défense, Tour First is perhaps the most Parisian of the district’s towers. Its monumental interior, defined by soaring heights and white marble, offered a powerful architectural identity — but one that needed to be brought to life.

Saguez & Dash set out to transform this imposing tower into a more vibrant, generous and human-centered destination. Light becomes an architectural tool, revealing the scale and materiality of the existing structure, while a new mix of uses brings people back to the heart of the experience: a welcoming lobby, 4 restaurants, an auditorium foyer, coworking spaces, wellness facilities, concierge services and terraces.

Rather than competing with the architecture, the intervention gives it new energy — turning a monumental tower into a place to inhabit, connect and experience.
