How did AXA reinvent its historic headquarters for today’s work ?
Between heritage and modernity, the AXA GIE is transforming its historic headquarters into a unique, vibrant place designed for new ways of working. By bringing together three iconic buildings, the project fosters comfort, movement, and conviviality. An ambitious project led by PCA-Stream for architecture and interior architecture, Saguez & Partners for the design of work and social spaces, Hauteur Libre as project management assistance.

The AXA GIE entrusted Saguez & Dash with the design of work and social spaces, and Hauteur Libre with project management assistance.
The goal: to modernize without disregarding the existing structures, in close collaboration with the building architects PCA-Stream and Lagneau Architectes.
The site's history guided the design: the period painting on the ceiling of the Hôtel de la Vaupalière was reinterpreted as a graphic pattern integrated into the Creative Studio’s carpet and echoed in the frosted glass designs in the meeting rooms. In the boardroom, a large custom-made Corian table features built-in retractable video conferencing technology. The space elegantly combines heritage and innovation.
