Designed in collaboration with The Michaels Organization, Maxwell Downtown is a boutique residential tower that brings the texture, energy, and creative spirit of Downtown Brooklyn into every detail of the living experience.

Inspired by the neighborhood's layered identity — where pre-war craft meets contemporary ambition — the design unfolds across 40 floors as a series of distinct but connected environments. Residents arrive through a lobby conceived as an intimate living room, move through corridors that carry the moodiness of a well-curated hotel, and gather on a top-floor lounge that frames the Brooklyn and Manhattan skylines like a painting.
